- I established EPC with the aim providing effective cutting edge training support to help athletes of all levels to perform at their peak and achieve their goals. I have studied for six years at the School of Physical Education at the University of Otago majoring in sport science and now completing a master’s degree in exercise physiology. Along with my education I have eight year experience working with different athletes. This includes working with beginners to elite athletes in the areas of multisport, triathlon, adventure racing, road cycling, mountain biking, kayaking and running. I have also worked with martial arts competitors, modern dancers, rugby, netball and basket ball players in developing gym based conditioning programmes. More recently I have been involved in sport science consulting with elite level track, road and mountain cyclists, multisporters, triathletes and cross country skiers. Further to this I have nine years experience competing in endurance sports. This combination of high level education and experience allows me to provide all individuals with personalised cutting edge training advice and guidance no matter what their level and no matter what their sport
